International Sales Executive (English & Chinese)

 

I. INTRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY

Dai A Industry Joint Stock Company is a company specializing in manufacturing and supplying plastic beads to domestic and international partners (30%) and internationally (70%). The company has a factory in Luong Son – Hoa Binh with a new production line, modern technology, focusing on high quality plastic resins. The company’s main product lines include:

– Concentrated colored plastic beads “MASTERBATCH – M”

– Grain fillers “FILLER MASTERBATCH – F”

– Additive resin “ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH”

– Technical colored plastic pellets “COMPOUNDS – C”

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

– Learn, learn, master knowledge about the company’s products.
– Exploiting the market, new customers for products produced by the company through B2B channels, trade fairs, …
– Mining, approaching new customers according to customer data, assigned markets.
– Prepare and implement business plan in month / quarter / year according to market assessment as well as direction from the Board of Directors.
– Negotiate, sign contracts, maintain and develop relationships with customers.
– Deploying, cooperating with the Departments in the factory to implement the production plan according to the business plan.
– Follow up orders as well as the process of cooperation with new customers.
– Send weekly and monthly analysis reports to managers as well as perform a number of other assigned tasks.
– Ready to go on a domestic and foreign business trip as required by the job.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Graduated university / college major in English / Economics, …
– Passion. love business.
– No experience required
– Good command of English / Chinese (listening / speaking / reading / writing) as well as office informatics.
– Ability to communicate, negotiate and persuade well.
– Ability to exploit information, think and organize things.
– Having knowledgeable knowledge in logistics and international payment
– Responsible at work as well as under high pressure.
– Accept to work outside the time at the company to ensure the job is smooth.

– Ready to go international business under the direction of the Board of Directors and the Company
